1. Flat press thermal heads use the stripping method during cooling, which transfers heat from the printed hair to the carbon tape. The carbon tape dissolves and cools, and then peels off from the bottom layer of the carbon tape. Most flat press thermal heads use this method.

2. The edge pressure type heat sensing head generates temperature from the top part, and then the carbon belt softens and dissolves together, and the bottom layer of the carbon belt also peels off at the same time; This method can produce higher quality printing; The bottom layer of the carbon belt and the stripping time of the carbon powder are different from those of the flat pressure type heat sensing head, so it is very important to choose the carbon belt for the slanted edge type heat sensing head.
